Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to scan your website and show you your market. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

What we collect

• Your email address and website, when you run a scan or sign up.
• What you tell us about your business: your answers in the chat and in your business profile, and any documents or links you add.
• Your account details if you sign in (email, or your Google sign-in name and email).
• Payment status from Stripe if you subscribe. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store card numbers.
• If you connect Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Ads, we read your figures from them. Access is read-only and you can remove it at any time.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet connection's address when you run a free scan, so we can limit how many free scans one connection runs a day. We can't turn it back into your address, and we delete it after 7 days.

What we do with it

• Run your scans and build your dashboard.
• Let your agent answer questions about your business and market.
• Send you your report and, if you're on Pro, your weekly update. You can turn the weekly email off in Settings.
• Get in touch about your account. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase stores the database. Vercel hosts the site. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends our emails.
• DataForSEO supplies search data. We send it your website address and the search terms we're checking, not your personal details.
• Anthropic and OpenRouter provide the AI models that read your website and power your agent. They receive your business information and your chat messages to answer them. Honcho stores your agent's memory of your conversations.
• Some of these services store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember access to the site. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Email hj@harrylancaster.com.au to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within a few working days.
• If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll sort it out. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
